 Verified Holiday of a lifetime Where do I even begin. Straight from the beginning we trusted Gloria to handle our dream holiday. It was a seamless and communicative process. She was quick, responsive and very patient with the amount of questions we had. From booking additional activities to ensuring the whole trip ran smoothly, we didn’t have a single issue through the process. Whilst in Africa, our guides (George and Ben) were exceptional. Very knowledgeable and fun to be around. But most importantly, they respected the animals when at sightings. They weren’t pushy and were patient to give us the best possible experience for us, but also ensured that the animal was comfortable with our presence. Our group did gorilla trekking in Uganda, Serengeti and the Masai Mara. An unforgettable journey. Highly recommend Jim Jam safaris to handle your holiday in Africa!

 Verified Exceeded our expectations ! Working with JimJam ended up being the best decision for our once in a lifetime trip to east Africa. Gloria was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process and created an amazing itinerary for us. Both Samuel and George were excellent guides and drivers, so knowledgeable and kind. We were in good hands for our full 3 week trip. We were more than happy with all our lodging even though we went with a more budget-friendly price point. It felt like a charmed trip from start to finish. We'd absolutely recommend JimJam and hope to work with them again someday for another trip.

 Verified It was beyond my expectations!! It is difficult to find the words to adequately describe my experience. Gloria was incredible. My original trip to Uganda (with another company) was cancelled 3 days before I was scheduled to depart. I contacted Gloria and she put together an amazing 9 day trip for my friend & I in a matter of days. She was able to get us last minute gorilla trekking permits! She assigned Godwin as our driver. He was the best!!! We had incredible lodging, outstanding food, great art galleries etc. Gloria joined us for the last leg of our trip. We met Godwin & Gloria as strangers and left as family. Hoping that I will be fortunate enough to travel with both of them again.

 Verified Tanzania Northern Circuit with JimJam! I had an excellent experience with JimJam safaris for my Tanzania trip - this time covering the Northern Circuit over 8 days. Absolutely amazing safari sightings with a very knowledgeable and patient driver/guide - Godwin and the usual efficient itinerary planning with Gloria’s expert inputs. Hotels & camps were comfortable, they ensured I got to try local food - as u requested- and any minor issues/feedback shared was discussed and resolved collaboratively.  Verified Outstanding service from start to finish My wife and I wanted to organise a very tight long‑weekend itinerary based out of Kigali, taking in Volcanoes National Park to see the mountain gorillas and then continuing into Uganda’s Mgahinga National Park to track golden monkeys. Gloria from Jim Jam Safaris handled everything flawlessly — permits, itinerary, our excellent driver/guide (Faustin), and logistics — and made the whole experience completely seamless. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and trustworthy throughout, and gave us total confidence despite us having found the company purely through TripAdvisor. Everything ran smoothly and exactly as promised. We couldn’t recommend Gloria and Jim Jam Safaris more highly.

 Verified Kigali/Nairobi We had a great experience across 3 different day trips with JimJam. Gloria was very flexible with our last minute requests, as our flight plans shifted due to cancellations/delays. We ended up being able to add 2 last minute day trip excursions as a result of our flight challenges. Gloria answered all of our questions and helped us make the most of our time in Kigali and Nairobi. All of our guides were amazing and made the activities even more enjoyable. (Ephantus, Godwin, Alex). Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend!

 Verified Uganda Rwuanda e Burundi O passeio foi muito bem organizado em Uganda com experiencia unica com chipanzes e gorilas…. inesquecivel. Em Uganda e Rwanda deveria ter sido valorizado o gado Ankole, desde que somente tem nestes países , entao é turistico. Em relacao ao país Burundi, apesar de bem organizado pela agencia, nao recomendo ninguem a fazer

 Verified RWANDA - Land of thousand hills - STUNNING, Safe, great holiday! We had the most memorable, perfect trip to Rwanda. it's an absolutely stunning country from North to South and East to West. It's super clean and the country has excellent road system. We felt very safe throughout our trip. We were a family of four with two young adult sons - and did gorilla trek, chimpanzee trek, colobus monkey trek and also big five safari. there were other fun things built in including boating to an island village and ziplining on the longest zipline in East Africa. We could not have done it without the incredible help of Gloria and the JimJam Safaris & tours team - and Allanie - our guide and driver. We had a cram-packed itinerary that went flawlessly from planning to our arrival and pick up at the airport to our drop off and flight home. Gloria and team were incredibly responsive day and night to every question we had about our trip, from how to tip to the safety situation of the country, to drive times and more! They are an outstanding team, whom we highly recommend. We were able to meet Gloria in person at pickup and she's a delight as she is in email! We were so grateful to have a perfect guide in Allanie - because he was with us the entire time. He helped answer questions about the culture, food and animals, and was always willing to stop for photos or bathroom stops (!). He was pure joy to be with during our time there. We highly recommend using JimJam Safaris & Tours in Africa - they cover more countries than Rwanda so don't hesitate to reach out to them.

 Verified Amazing experience with JimJam! Incredible experience with JimJam safaris- highly recommend. From planning the trip to the actual execution, they were fantastic to work with. We only had a short time we could spend on safari and our driver, Godwin, went above and beyond to show us all the animals close up. It was our first safari trip, and felt like it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The service across the trip was top notch and excellent communication.  Verified Fantastic experience I just returned from an incredible trip through Rwanda and Uganda, including both chimpanzee and gorilla trekking, and JimJam made the entire journey absolutely seamless. Everything from permits to transfers was perfectly organized, and I never had to worry about logistics — it all just worked. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the experience special. The guide Jeff was not only professional but also warm, helpful, and always one step ahead.
